If the Catholic Microfilm center is a reference to
Hill Monastic Library at St John University in
Minnesota, I can say that I was there a few days ago
consulting with Father Columba Stewart. I was happy to
see that they have projects going in Mardin and at Mor
Gabriel in Tur Abdin. They have 90,000 MSS on
microfilm in EHtiopic, Syriac, Latin, Arabic,
Karshuni, and many other languages. I believe this
will be the leading repository in the world for SYriac
MSS soon if it isn't already.
