Partnership for Civic Initiatives Programme Coordinator in Ukraine

The Robert Bosch Stiftung, the Stefan Batory Foundation and the PAUCI Foundation
are looking for a Grant Giving Programme Coordinator for the period of August
2008 - March 2010.

The Programme Coordinator will serve as the main contact point for potential and
actual grantees of the Partnership for Civic Initiatives Programme, as well as
for the public in Ukraine. He/she will be working in the PAUCI Foundation office
in Kiev and will carry out his/her tasks with the support of the PAUCI
Foundation employees and in on-going contact with the Programme Coordinators in
Poland and Germany.

Tasks and responsibilities

 pro-active information and promotion of the programme
 partner matching
 co-moderation of seminars
 administrating the application procedure
 project monitoring
 receiving and checking final reports

Necessary qualifications

 first level university degree
 good written and oral communications skills in Ukrainian and English;
working knowledge of Polish or German would be desirable
 experience in international cooperation and/or NGO-sector
 experience in project/programme administration would be desirable

Workload and remuneration

We offer a fee of 400 Euro for an average workload of 15-20 hours a week. Please
note, that this is not a permanent post and the fees will be transferred by the
Batory Foundation on the basis of a commission contract. The payments are
secured by the Robert Bosch Stiftung.
