I offer accommodation in Buenos Aires, either in my big 5 rooms B&B or in another smaller private apartment i rent in the Abasto zone of Buenos Aires, over Avenida Corrientes and Avenida Pueyrredon. Metro Station Line B “Pueyrredon” at 50 metres. Lots of all kind shops nearby.
This apartment has 40 m2, good natural illumination and it is safe
and quiet. Has one big double bedroom what makes it ideal for one
person
or a couple. But also can live comfortably up to 3/4 people.
It is recently rebuilt to new, it has all wooden floors, and it's
completely furnished, has a wide living-room, closets/placards, and
nice
kitchen and bathroom.
Services included are:
- bed sheets and towels
- apartment cleaning weekly
- cable TV
- internet
- card telephone
- all expenses (electricity, gas, water, taxes)
It is available all year, 1 week minumun staying, no maximum limit.
Please write me for fees and availability according to your trip.
And as my B&B house is located at only 100 metres from this apartment,
i'm very close for anything you could need. You're invited also to
come to my house to use the ballroom, take tango lessons and meet my
other
guests, go to milongas together, etc.
